Default Where can I find a primer/intro on PSU's and Pixel lighting

I am new to using PSU's, and I am fond of NOT getting electrocuted. I could probably figure out, but assume it's better to get a how to read first. I have meanwell PSU's, and pixlite 16 MK ii controller. Nothing wired or configured yet.

I'd be happy to answer any questions on your Mean Well power supplies.

I bought some MeanWell's (5v, 350W) for this year's show and I've read many, many times never to hook up v+ from one power supply to v+ on another power supply (it is ok though to hook the grounds together).

But what about connecting v+ from the same power supply?

Here's a real simple example of what I'm thinking of doing, to make power injection a bit easier.

I'd like to hook up one of the v+/v- to my Falcon F4v2 to power a 100-count string of 5v pixels. I'd then use the second v+/v- on the same power supply to supply power to the end of the pixel string.

    Is this ok to do?

    Thanks!

Perfectly acceptable and a good example how power injection works.
