Remember, you need to set your "collection" on the preview page.
Don't put it away, just aside.......there may be that day you need something to do.

On the Matrix board,it says " 12 panels each". Does that mean each output supports 12 panels or that all 3 outputs would support 12 panels,4 panels per output?

12 panels per output, or 36 max. When loading, balance panels over all 3 outputs.
    So 12 panels is 4-4-4

Was going to download the new BBB image, but seems the link isn't working.
I'm not seeing any sort of info on the Matrix board setup unless I'm over looking it?

Works for me.....it's a 1Gig file so it will take some time to download. It will take 5-20 minutes to download. All based on the server output, server service provider, your service provider, and your internet speed.
I have medium fast system and few hops, and can still see change in % to have delays.

I don't sent files that size. Try downloading again.

Nope. Just getting a network timeout error.
I downloaded other zip files and they worked fine.

Strange.. No idea why you'd get a timeout. I've gone ahead and suck the latest image in my dropbox. You should be able to get it that way:
