    Default conduit window frames

i have to build 10 identical window frames that i want to last for many years to come. i am leaning between sch80 pvc and metal conduit. did i mention i am using bullet pixels and drilling 1/2" holes for each pixel to fit into? has anyone ever did this with conduit. only reason i am looking at conduit is because it is less likely to bend in this TX heat.

I used EMT and boscoyo trim on the top/bottom and boscoyo strips on the sides. Very durable, light, and easy to make and install.

See this link. It doesn't show a whole frame but it does show how the strips attach to the EMT. Although I haven't finished mine yet, this is also the approach I am using for my windows.

Sorry, I should have included a picture. You can get this stuff in white as well. There are many ways to mount, I chose to drill in the brick, but you can use tension rods which wouldn't require drilling. All depends on what kind of windows you have.
