Who the heck is 71-80? I imagine your first show was a bunch of guys flipping light switches on/off while the band played huh? Did the dinosaurs enjoy the show? How did you attach props to the log cabin? Was it hard to sequence using a chisel and tablet? Anyone complain about the amount of wagons in front of your house on the two track? I'm just kidding, please don't take any offense. I'm glad to see someone that has been involved in this hobby this long (I'm guessing you have been in it awhile), and can imagine the changes you have seen over the years. Share a little about how/when you started, what you've seen over time, what your future is, if you would please?
First show was a bunch of guys flipping light switches on/off while the band played. Comedy genius right there lol.
Btw, I am 46, 2017 will be my first show.

There was no problem with the number of wagons in front of the house. The nearest neighbor was two miles away.
First of all, the "house" was really a mud-hut dug into the side of the hill. The tree was growing out of the roof, and the candles were home made - as was most everything else.

My dad said the earth was round. I didn't believe him so we jumped on one of his yachts, he had 3 of them, and we proceeded to set sail. Sure enough, the earth is round.

LOL, I'm sorry I started it.......
I've been decorating for 50 years . Started when my father left and I still wanted to light up the house and bushes. Even the c9 lights had to all the bulbs working for the strings to light. In the early 80's I was featured in the west palm Beach and the ft. Lauderdale papers. Started animating about 10 years ago. Now at 62 pushing 63 I still love putting the smiles on the children's faces. 85000 channels and growing.

I'll be 75 in April and this will be my 10th animating season. I've started putting up static lights when I lived in my first house back in the late 60's. Wife does not let me do anything on the roof anymore, but she supports everything else. I often wondered if I was the oldest or close to it on here.
