Ok the first file I uploaded included a few preliminary "models"
Here is the latest, I wired two bulbs so far using this data.

I am also including a photo of the actual coro. I know the holes may get confusing

If I were to go back I would re-do the eyes, I realize I made some unnecessary no-continous wiring paths. But like I said I already wired two of these so I don't wish to go back and re do . "If it aint broke" kinda thing

    Hope this helps.

This is why sharing models in the xmodel format make life so much easier. All the mouth definitions are included in the file and generating a wiring view is simple.

In the layout screen right click the model, and then click export xlights model

    Yes Gil that does help.

It would be neat if you could attach the exported xlights model.

I think in xlights you can now run and capture a pattern with a video camera to create the model automatically. I think this would be a good one to try it on. If I have any success I will post the file here. I expect to receive some more lights from Ray in a week or 2 and will give it a try.

I am glad that helped. Like I said I have now two light bulbs wired and I to am awaiting for lights from ray to wire up the last two.

I posted a video on my channel on youtube. Please keep in mind that I shot the video before making some corrections to the mouths. My latest post here has the updated data. So some mouth and eye imperfections have been corrected in the data.
I could not get the xlights video conversion to work so I created my model the old fashion way. Also its my first model so I still need to work out on what column width setting is best. I also had a hard time in trying to figure out which holes better fitted what mouth shape. I totally winged the WQ mouth for example.
Anyway I know is far from perfect but it gets me where I want to be. As a matter of fact most people did not noticed the imperfections I corrected on this last data set.
Again hop this helps and minimized the work you need to do.

    Cheers
