    The 4mm. They were as much prototypes as anything, as silhouettes. The one in the window (actually inside the house) is in a frame, so it has held up best.

    I think I may re-do them in the next year or two.

    Have you tried the 10mm Coro? We have had good luck with it. Just like working with plywood, as far as thickness goes (read - "stiff"), but all the advantages of the corrugated plastic.
