Looks really good. What are you making the Santa hat out of?

It's from Boscoyo, pre-made, just add pixels.

Hey you could always add a short throw projector and take advantage of that garage door.

Anyone else keep track of controller settings in a spreadsheet? I ran everything at 25-50% last year and it was plenty bright enough for as close as you are to the house. This allows me to get 1200+ pixels on one 12V 350W power supply. Total amps full white I'm loaded to almost 90% but it will never get that high. I took a lot of amp readings while testing last year to get accurate info I'm pretty consistent 0.02 amps per pixel at 50%. I was going to go with a falcon and expansion board but I can cram everthing on one controller and two power supplies for this year. If I grow next year I'll have to reevaluate...
Looks good. I think you'll like the additional light on the dormers, left side and front of the house. Everything is spread out now. I think you're right about using 3 trees. Odd numbers in a group are usually more appealing.

The Santa Hats are great and would work well above your upper window or above the garage.

First picture of the santa hat I've seen with someone next to it for size reference. That thing is huge! I love it!

That somebody by the hat is pretty small. The matrix on the hat is big enough for a "tune to" sign. Or other scrolling verbiage.

I would move the pixel tree to the left and outline the windows on the house and garage as well as the garage door too.

I like the idea of pixel sticks on the porch posts as well as pixels along the top of the porch front ceiling.
