I've found that I had to modify the dinensions on the site for the emt and the pvc. Just had to play around with it

Do you know what you did to modify it? Because it's looking like I will have to do that as well. My PVC is more cone shaped and doesn't follow the same curve as the Boscoyo arch.

Any thoughts on how to make it match up?

I too will be curious about this as I bought the medium and large arches. So I guess before I buy everything to put these together I'll wait to see how this problem is solved.

You can temporarily tie a piece of string, rope, wire or (whatever you have handy), from the center of the arch to the bottom cross bar. Put enough tension on it to get the pvc to match the arc of the coro. Attach the coro, take the wire off and the pvc will hold the shape of the coro.

But I thought that coro was stated to have no structural support of the arches? I thought I read that somewhere.

Currently your pvc is an arc rather than a half circle and your shape is partially due to the fact that the ends connected to the emt are not at 90 deg. If you have a piece of longer pvc, make it too long and pull the ends together with a piece of paracord. Or put a short piece of pvc in the bottom of the T and make the T be a 90 deg with the emt. Then you will just have to figure out how to keep it that way. Maybe use a jig and then slowly heat the pvc with a hair dryer until it will hole the shape you want. Just be careful about getting it too hot all at once. Fortunately pvc is cheap.

I forget exactly of have to measure everything again but u could either shorten your pvc little at a time or lengthen your emt
