Default Add audacity label track file

I noticed the option "Add audacity label track file" when I right clicked on a channel. What does this do?

When you analyze a song in Audacity and create label tracks for beats, bars, etc., you can export the label file to a text file. Be aware you will have to change the name of the label track to a Windows compatible name or it will not export. You can then import the .txt file to a blank channel in HLS and use it as a beat track. The labels will appear in HLS as single level marks in HLS. I like to do this and then spend some time adjusting the label marks in HLS to more accurately reflect the beats of the song.

Well that would be pretty handy. How do you export the label file in audacity to a text file. I can generate the label track, but when I click on export labels nothing happens?
