Default Feature Request: No gap between songs on a playlist

for various reasons I'd like to get rid of that required 2 second delay between songs on a playlist. Here is one example. At the end of my light show, I have a end of show sequence that says "Sorry light show is over for the night, please come back between 5-9pm". I want this sequence to play nonstop from 9-9:30pm without any fade outs or hiccups. Since HLS limits song length to 5 minutes, what I get is a "hiccup". All my lights blink off for 2 seconds as the song restarts. The feature I'm requesting is that I can create a playlist with a 0 second delay...so that I can create a twinkle sequence (or whatever) that restarts immediately without a "dead space hiccup" (2 seconds of nothing).

    Version 24Y is released.

I have not tested it so please report back.

Actually setting the delay to ZERO will not work so I have added a special case --- Set the DELAY to 1000 and it should result in zero delay.
