For my second installment of Halloween products I will be adding the long awaited Spooky Eyes. A lot of work has gone into these from making a fixture plate just to hold the round pipe to finding the best materials to use. Made from 2" Black ABS pipe, you will not have to paint the pipe. We install a lens to diffuse the light and help hide the LED's. We cap the pipe with two vinyl caps to finish it off with a professional look. The Spooky Eyes are designed to use a 3 led rectangular module. We cut the mounting hole and have added bump outs to allow you to get the wires in and out, as well as providing two screw holes to secure the module to the pipe.
Pricing will be finalized Monday once I order the vinyl end caps. I have samples right now to determine the proper size to order. I expect the cost to be around $30 for the set of 6 eyes. Each Spooky Eye will include the 8" section of pipe, HDPE Lens, two screws to mount the module, and two end caps.
That's IT, I'm just going to rent a box at your warehouse for all the stuff that you come out with AFTER I ship the last order of cool stuff you come out with.. They are still all in their shipping boxes in the shop, so it's not like I would be missing them while I wanted for the latest cool thing.
These look great and at $5.00 each, they are a no-brainer if you value your time at all in making them at home.
Got some video of them at night? I've wanted to find a way to make them look like the blink, so maybe do some engineering to optionally put a baffle in there to separate the eyes?

Last year we did some DIY ones made out of paper towel tubes and some battery-driven LEDs but they just didn't look very good. These look nice and sturdy and built to last. I'll definitely be down for a set when they come out. Are you going to have any other "types" of eyes or just this set?

They will definitely last. I opted to use the black ABS pipe just so you wouldn't have to paint them. That pipe is almost 3 times the cost of the PVC. The end caps make it so you can get access to them if you needed to.
What other types of eyes do you want? Now that I have my fixture plate made I can make anything as long as it can fit in a 1.8" x 7" area for the pipe.
Here's a bunch of silhouettes for consideration. Some would have to be altered since the irises aren't attached. I kind of like the more "cartoonish" ones

I'll add another set or two. I can easily see another batch of 6 styles. To make another 12 styles might be a little much but let's see how the demand is and I'll go from there.
