Seriously. I was torn on ordering more, and now really wishing I had!

Hope you have a buck-converter on the ESPixelStick power inputs!

I'll query interest again once this buy is wrapped up and people have had a chance to build a few. There will be more

    Update

I've had two people confirm that the new 4 universe code is working for them, but extended testing still needs to be done. So far, it's looking good! Got the initial implementation for GECE in as well. Only have 3 pixels to test it with, but its looking good too. Both of these changes are in the ws2811_uart branch of the firmware here - https://github.com/forkineye/ESPixel...ee/ws2811_uart. 3rd party library requirements have been removed as well, so all you will need is the ESPixelStick project and the Arduino ESP8266 environment. No updates from the board house yet, but will keep you posted.

For GECE users - I have some ideas running around in my head for unique possibilities with these lights (like broadcast and brightness control). Please respond if you plan to use the ESPixelStick with GECE's and approximately how many. Thanks!

I plan on using with 150 GECE's. I ordered several of the ESpixelSticks.

One of the prototypes driving my columns arranged as a matrix. 240 pixels spanning 6 universes with 120 channels in each universe. Sequence was created in Vixen 3.2 and being played by FPP at 25ms. The pixel by the pink post note is bad (blue sticks). GECE testing is good as well, just no video.

Six universes from one ESPixelStick. This just keeps getting better and better!

Yeah, one stick. It's the total pixels that's the limitation based off the refresh rate you want, not really universes. It's more efficient of course to keep universes full. Only had 240 in the video above, but should be good for 680 (4 full universes) while staying at a 25ms refresh.

My needs are a bit smaller, (8 different locations with 50 pixels each) but it is really nice to know that we can "go there" if we have to. Good work.
