The prototype used 12 MT strips of 25 pixels per string? if so,they looked good.Looked like they gave a good fill effect.

You say 25 and 50 pixel versions but it looks like I could slide the parts up or down the pole to meet whatever height/pixel length I need?

I will need to make a new topper for that since they are wider and the overlap isn't enough for the pixalbulb strips.

Yes, you can make anything in between. We were just trying to reduce the thought required to make it work.

Thanks. I need to experiment with heights for my small yard so wanted to be sure it was flexible.

The only thing that would be somewhat set is the guy wires since we are terminating both ends for you. But they can still be raised or lowered creating a wide or skinny base. But that is independent on the pixel strips.

Would you consider making the topper as a stand alone purchase in different sizes I would like to have a topper like this with 64 holes, 1.25 inches between holes for your strips ( about 25" in diameter) with and 1.25 inch center hole. I could then just attache this to the top of my current crank up topper from Christmas lights show and convert my current megatree to handle pixels.

Also do you think S-hooks would work to hold strings. One of the features I like about my GECE tree is that I can use a light pole and take down a string as needed during the season. With S-hooks you could do the same on your tree if they are not zip tied. Of course with the smaller tree you could just get on a step ladder and cut the zip tie and lift the strip off if necessary.

I'm game for making a few different size toppers. So you want a 32 Pixabulb Strip topper. Let me see how big that would have to be.

As far as the S hooks vs. Ziptie, these trees are small enough that yes, a ladder makes it easy to just cut and replace the ziptie. The S hooks could fall out I think when you unhook them and either get renamed to a not so kid friendly name or you have to get the ladder out to fix anyway.

My goal is always to make things as efficiently as possible. The added cos of S hooks would add another $20-30 per 32 strip topper.
