Well the Beta double sided boards have arrived and i have completed the build of a basic 16 channel SSR version and tested it.
It's all gone really well.
The design came from me personal need to have a high density SSR solution.
Here's a shot of the board done as a pure 16 Channel SSR
With the RJ45 Adapter board in place - this is just a home etch adapter but you can see how it works.
Here's a little video of it working - sorry about the bad quality.

Features:
16 channels arranged in two banks of 8 that can be joined when total current draw is low.
5 Neutral Common connecters per bank.
Separate fused inputs to each bank, When banks are joined a single fuse is used and should be sized appropriately.
Optional onboard power components to supply DC to the DMX module (plug in board)
Production Board size is 254mm by 70mm (that’s 10” by 2.76”)
Input is via standard 40 pin IDC connector (IDE type for computer nuts)
Optional DMX module to make it a standalone controller.
The boards will be have a coop run for them shortly.
Over the next few days i'll add the power supply components ready to test the DMX module.
Cheers
