As far as I can tell the relays use a positive reference and the outputs going low will complete the circuit. Here is the schematic (see attached .pdf)

Keep in mind, I am going to use 2 4 channel boards instead of 1 8 channel board. The reason for this is so I can locate the boards in different places.

It is getting very close to Halloween now, so I am going to use the Renard48LSD for now. But if an Arduino setup could be used in the future then I would go that route.
