    Question Vixen 3 sketch

    does any one have a working sketch between a arduino uno r3 and vixen 3.0.10
    I tried all the ones i could find on the forum and none of the worked

    i dont think arduino and v3 was working at all as few week ago they said it was on their to do list for next year ...but i could be wrong !!! cheer

    I was reading on one of the threads they had arduino working with vixen 3 but when I tried the sketch it didn't work so i was wondering if any one had a sketch compatable with the arduino uno r3 and vixen 3

    Yes, Vixen3 does work with Arduino, both UNO and MEGA. Main difference is that the MEGA has more memory and more UARTS (i.e. serial ports).
    I have a Vixen3 sequence that turns on each relay channel one at a time and then it starts a "binary count" of the first few channels as a test sequence. It lasts only 1 min.
    I'm using V3.0.9 to generate a simple test sequence.16Channels.zip

    I have a sketch that works with any arduino for the standard 16 channels and includes packet checking using a header and footer. I'm also about to make a post about the 640 channel arduino controller I finished this weekend and I'll include both sketches in the post. Hope it's helpful.
