Video sync'ed with Flashy/Blinky ?

Ok ... been trying to figure this one out and not sure if it can be done or not .
What I am wanting to do is :

Run my program and with CERTAIN songs , have a video , hooked up to a ZOOM BOX come on and display the video whilst my lights and music are going blinky/flashy .
Is there a way I can integrate the video to come on , play a certain vid when a specific sequence is running ( in Vixen ) ?

As long as the video is on the show Pc vixen can execute it with the launcher plug in
I have not used it much except during the beta testing .I have successfully launched
the windows media player from a sequence that was running my show.
