Is the enclosure already drilled to fit wire through for each pigtail? EX. 1 hole on each side (Bottom) to fit the 16 pigtails needed?

Ok, thanks. I just wanted to make sure that there were already holes in the bottom for the wires that wold suit the capacity of the controller.
