Lightjams Lighting Software
Henri (Barbotte) was kind enough to let us folks down in the south know about a software called LightJams (Lightjams.com) created by those great guys up north of us. It's a software that is fairly similar to Madrix. Currently is supports 16 universes output. DMX, e1.31, ArtNet. Also supports inputs from things such as Wii Remotes, MIDI, DMX, ArtNet. It's not as dumbed down as Madrix as far as initial setup, but once you get it setup it seems very powerful. Programming Scripts, Analyzers. There is currently a sale price of $75, which I think is amazing for what it does. I emailed the creator last night and asked about adding e1.31 input so that it would be easier to trigger events from Vixen, HLS, LSP, LOR, etc. He said he plans this addition within the next few months. Also he's planning on adding support for more universes to support some of our larger pixel displays which are quickly eating universes. Additionally if you purchase the software you get free upgrades to the software for all future updates..
Here's a little video of something I setup quickly. Basically a color organ set to red and green on my superstrips
