Nutcracker: LOR lms file export fixed

I have fixed the regression in the LOR lms export routine.

I have also fixed where it was only cycling the nutcracker effect once instead of cycling it to fill the sequence duration

I have fixed it so that it only exports exactly the strings in your window_display (It was exporting strings with zeroes before for strings you might not have had)

I fixed it so that it fills in missing strands and pixels. This should make the scrollign text clean.

Next up, i am fixing the vixen export to have these same fixes.
