    Per his Facebook status message:

"Well folks....it gets us all. I was sick Monday and Tuesday and got nothing done on this end. To those who are expecting something from me, I do apologize. We will be back at it again tonight!"

    RobertL....

Thank you for the info but this is something that has been going on for a while not just a few days. I understand he is busy and I have no issues with that but this is an issue that keeps dragging out that has nothing to do with group buys. Over 3 months is a little long for an in stock item. Also I do not subscribe to facebook. Is all I have requested is he inform me of something and have not gotten any type of response!!

He's very helpful once you can get ahold of him. I too have had trouble getting a response on multiple occasions though.

I'm still waiting for a shipping quote on an order... I have no doubt he'll come thorough. He just seems very, very busy.

Folks, its a battle of resources. Believe me, we are not ignoring anyone. Its just hard to answer all the incoming messages. Its a bit rough just to handle the messages from the folks I am looking for (we have about 40 outstanding shipping quotes) but when you add in the number of messages about orders just a few days old...its just impossible. I am the only one answering these and I do eventually get there. The good news is that we should be catching up soon and much of this will be solved with some changes I have in place.

FYI, we have over 400 orders for this year alone...

All I can do is beg for your patience until I can get the help better trained.

    Thanks!
    Chris

    Thanks for the info, Chris.

My last order was from 6/15, where I asked to add something to my prior order which I had received a shipping quote from. Since it had been almost 2 weeks, I thought maybe I should drop a line to see if something had gotten lost.

True enough, I received a note from you saying you thought you had sent it already and would resend it. I will now patiently wait for that ;)

I'm definitely not trying to be impatient. Just not sure how long to wait before asking

    Thanks much Chris.

Holy crap! You have HELP? What's that?

At DIGWDF I've got engineers but they're never any help at all -- they just get in the way, poke holes in the walls and ceilings and stink the place up with ever-increasing spontaneous fires!

The DIGWDF Store is the place to go for wireless stuff for Renard... controllers, adapters... or other junk that
nobody else would probably ever make. It's all in stock right now at http://diychristmas.org/store

You should find a store that can figure out the shipping by itself oh learn to setup zen cart, with all the spare time you have...

I'm really trying very hard to be patient, but I still haven't received a shipping quote, or any response to indicate there is a delay, and it's been about another week.

I'm really not trying to be a PITA. I just never know what to do when someone has my money and I can't even contact them.

Starting and running a business (where people expect timely responses and actions) seems to catch a lot of people out. Communication is the key.
