Question Where to buy fully assembled wireless boards?

I'm very beginner in radioelectronics. I want to make some project with vixen and need fully assembled, and ready to work, transmitter (connected to notebook, for example) and 2-6 recievers for controlling analog rgb led strips.
    Where can i buy this?

Welcome to DIYC, Teraphim. It's called doityourselfchristmas because most of the things available here are things you assemble yourself -- not a lot of pre-assembled gear unless it's used and then becomes for sale.

Not a lot of wireless options for you, but there are some. The Renard48LSD is an excellent 48-channel board designed for RGB LEDs. It's not wireless in its native state but you can add a Ren-W wireless adapter to it and then it's wireless. Or if you don't need 48 channels, you might consider a MiniRen8XBLSD, which is a small, 8-channel version of the LSD board that incorporates all the wireless circuitry on the same board.

There may be some group buys planned for the 48LSD -- check the group buy thread. You'll want to become a supporting member to participate in the group buys, but more than likely, you'll save enough on your first one to pay for the supporting membership (only $20), so it's a win-win deal.

Otherwise, you can check out my store for most of the wireless goodies available here...

The DIGWDF Store is the place to go for wireless stuff for Renard... controllers, adapters... or other junk that
nobody else would probably ever make. It's all in stock right now at http://diychristmas.org/store

You can check the stock at diyledexpress.com - they have the Ren48LSD as well as the RenSimple and DCSSR boards that can drive bigger loads.

We have the Ren48LSD and Simple Renard 32 RGB+W on pre-sale right now at www.diyledexpress.com.

The Ren48LSD has two different options, 5V and 12~24V. LED Strips are sometimes 12V so you would want the 12~24V option. Now both of the above boards only work to 400mA. If you want to say use a whole 5M LED Strip you will need DCSSRs.

Quite a bit of different options, If you can explain a little more of what you would like to do we can help find the right stuff for you. One last note, the pre-sale ends tomorrow at midnight.

About options: i'm looking for boards that can be powered from battery, minimum size and can be used wireless.
As i understand i need something like ren ss24 + ren-w connected, but as i read in wiki it cannot be powered by battery. Am i right?
Also interested — are there some renard boards for 1-3 channel very small sized and also wireless and for battery powering?
PS: dlovely, can't see Simple Renard 32 RGB+W in your shop.
PPS: I don't need to drive many meters of strip. Only something like 0.5-1 meter of led strip on each channel.

Yes you are correct, the SS24 is a 110V AC board.

I have a Ren4Flood, Its a simple 4 channel Flood light controller, but it does not need to be used for flood lights. It is good for about 200mA per channel (Due to 1oz copper PCB vs the 2oz copper Ren48LSD counterpart.)

I have extras, Store is just offline currently as we get everything ordered and as soon as we get the pre-sales figured out we will have all the extras posted.

Yep, the low voltage controllers will work great with that, you won't need DCSSRs or anything extra. Using the Ren4Flood you could control about 10 LEDs worth of the strip, and 20 LEDs worth with the Simple Renard RGB+W.

You will need some big batteries (like deep cycle RV/Marine type lead acid) to get any sort of run time...

For a tranmitter, you could get one of these:
    http://www.ebay.com/itm/Xbee-Zigbee-...item3f17138abe
and put a XBee Pro Series 1 in it for a ready to use tranmitter (after programming the Xbee per Dirknerkle's instructions).

For the receiver, you could look up some of Mr. Nerkles wireless controllers on his site- easy to build and work really well and are built to take an Xbee right onboard as the input.

    Just a thought.
