How to insert channel into sequence

Is it possible to insert a channel into a sequence that I forgot, for example a blue in an RGB form.

If you are using Vixen 2.1 the answer is no, sorry. Channels can only be added to the end of a profile or sequence. But, you can add it to the end and then change the channel order and drag it where it is supposed to be in your profile.

With Vixen 2.x, channels can be inserted between other channels by editing the .vix file directly. It's fairly easy if you are comfortable with XML. If you have Adjustable Preview bitmaps defined, you would also need to insert an entry in that in the same position, or else your Preview will get messed up. Also, make backup copies before/after each edit, in case something goes wrong and you need to back out of the changes.

Don't worry about the ID - it's not used for anything - just copy it from another channel. I created my entire profile last year using a TCL script to generate the names, channel #'s, etc - - worked great.
