    Default Post Enclosure Pics Thread

I saw this somewhere else, but can't find it.
It would be nice to see how people are using enclosures. This could be a good thread for reference on what is possible for which boards/setups.

I am posting possible setups for my Ren 48LSD + PS + BOBs (Break Out Boards)Looking for feeback on what looks correct/incorrect or will or will not work.

I do not know how I am going to mount the components yet, but if others post their pictures of boards mounted to enclosures here, it could be a good source for information for me and all newbies.

I think you'll find that the TA200 case will be wayyyyyy too small for all the wires that you'll need and the closeness of the connectors will be problematic. You can only bend cat5 cable so far before it pulls on the connectors and creates very hard-to-find connectivity problems. The breakout boards may "fit" inside, but you'll need a lot more wiggle room than they will provide.

Often, you'll find the "coolest" looking installations are anything but a hopeless tangle of wires. They're laid out very orderly, often using cable ties to keep them bound together with good markings throughout.

That's absolutely beautiful! Wow. I think the more important question is how long did it take you to get that organized?

Beautifully done. Very professional. But SSR's lean themselves to being out in the yard to cut down on extension cords. If you used Ren24's or Ren24SS controllers you could double or triple your channel count on the same wall space and eliminate almost all the patch cords. I'm not down playing your setup at all! I'm just curious about how you got to this setup?
