First Enclosure Near Completion

Quick question, what is the screew size and type you use to attach the mounting plate to the case mounting posts?

I used #8 x 1/2" to mount the plate to the enclosure.

How is everyone allowing their power supplies to breath in their enclosures? If they are all sealed up, will they overheat....or will the cold of Winter keep them at a decent temperature?
