I've got the measurements for all of the bosses on the bottom but there are 4 bosses on the lid. Could you measure the distance between them and post?

In addition there are two other measurements I'd like to get off the case:

The first is on the base and it's the dimension from the top of the mounting bosses to the front edge of the base, i.e., the depth.

The second is the same dimension from one of the mounting bosses in the lid to the edge of the lid. Be careful here, go to the first edge not the ridge that interlocks with the base groove.

The sum of those two dimensions will tell us how tall you can have something and not interfere with the closing of the case.

OMT, it kinda looks like the extreme corner mounting bosses might be taller that the main field. Is that the case or are they all the same?

    Thanks
    John

Posting a couple of pictures of an enclosure I'm working on although I've used P12R. I've adopted the plexi mount and have built a portable stand... we'll see how this works out over the next couple of weeks.

The lid... 9 1/4" X 8 3/4" from screw hole to screw hole (keep your mind out if the gutter). It's 1 1/2" deep.

I've also found the cheap cutting boards also do well for mounting things. Found some of them at a good price at IKEA or probably at Ollie's as well.
Look at this for another Idea...

I tried to pull the boards off of the coro and had a very difficult time. I also shook and hit on the enclosure aggressively. I am confident in the secureness of the coro and the screws (just make sure you use wood screws or something that has coarse threads, no un-threaded portions.)

I Like this idea also. I used it and it works well...

Some photos of my 'First Enclosure Near Completion'.
The Board is a E681 (as most will know). The enclosure is a Gewiss (GW 44 207) 8" long, 6" wide, 3" deep IP56 (I'm in the UK and dont know if you have these in the US).
The connectors are Ray Wu 6" 3 pin waterproof. The glands are 1" sealed with silicon then tightened.
The 5V is supplied via the 2 M6 bolts on the sides (I will protect against the weather with some form of sealer).
Cat5 to do tomorrow. I will have to remove about 1" of the outer sheath to get the radius into the connector but will still beable to remove the plug with the board in the enclosure.
The power supply will be in a seperate enclosure - I'm trying to put each of the items in it's own enclosure, so I can quickly swap out any faulty items.

    2 X E681 running 8 universes of 3001s as a 32s x 42p mega tree or a 96s x 14p matrix hanging from my guttering.

Curious as to what equipment you are using inside that enclosure?
