As posted in a different thread I'm modifying the FAST setup so that I can do 6 foot tubes.
Keeping the current spacing of the FAST LED's, I need ~85 LEDs.
The way the hardware works out, I will lay it out one of 2 ways:
10 boards with 9 LED's each - 90 LED's total, all together a little over 6' (6 boards would basically be a 4' tube)
11 boards with 10 LED's each - 110 LED's total, all together a little over 7.5' (no great 4' tube option)
(Current FAST is 4 boards with 14 LED's each - 56 LED's total, all together a little under 4')

Before I do this, was wondering if there was any interest out there for this, and if so which of the 2 variants?
Any other modifications people would like to see? I could offset the pins on the controller such that they line up on the LED modules similar to how the LED boards get chained together is the only other change I could think of right now.
Are people pretty satisfied with the spacing between LED's as it is now?
