Building a site or a Facebook page is one of the things on my list for this year. Have a ton of other things to build first for my first year. Wanted to get on this thread so I can add mine once its built, and not forget.

I was able to do a quick page on Facebook. Doesnt have many pictures or anything yet. For some reason it never hit me to take pictures of my progress.

One quick question, how did you guys get the map to show on your pages ? I cant figure it out.

You have to get a bunch of people to like your page, I don't remember if it was 25 or 50. Once you get enough you can make your page a business. Then you can put the map on and people can "Check In" to your display.

Guess I need to work a bit harder to build out my Facebook membership. Haven't started to socialize any of this with my regular friends yet Wanted to make sure I had everything loaded up before that. Suppose I need to periodically add pictures now. I've integrated Facebook connect into my site so people can like content, and I can auto-add articles and stuff. I don't have pictures automated Might have to upload some videos to YouTube and cross-pollinate.
