MP3 board issue for the Helix Main Board

I just received my MP3 break out board for my 3rd Helix main board build.I simply wanted to post a warning for all whom are building one.Wait till you receive the breakout board before soldering the socket for it.The old number for the breakout board does not list a part.There is a new number for this item but the problem is the board is larger then the old model this one replaces.All you simply have to do is mount it on a bit of an angle for it to fit altho it is pretty tight to the propeller chip and the x-bee.I just wanted to post this warning in case someone else runs into this issue.
The new part number for the MP3 break out board from Sparkfun is BOB-09943

I thought I had posted about this already. I noticed last Oct/Nov time frame that SparkFun had changed the pin spacing on the MP3 player. I created an adapter board that allows you to plug the new MP3 player into a V1 or V2 board. If anyone needs one please let me know as I still have a few available. The new V3 board is setup to accept the new MP3 player without needing to use the adapter board.

Is the BOB-09943 the MP3 player we should use on the V3 boards? The BOM I have shows the BOB-08954 board, but I don't see that one on the Sparkfun website.

What I had to do what actually type in the model number for it to show up on their site...Not sure why but that is the way it is...

Yes, BOB-09943 is the correct MP3 player you should use with the V3 boards. However, if you already have one of the MP3 players that work with the V2 or V1 board I can provide an adapter board that will allow you to use this MP3 player with the V3 board.
