You'll want to PM member David_AVD - he's the creator of that - although it doesn't appear to be a controller - more like a USB-DMX dongle.

Well.... if he doesn't know then - well... If it truly emulates either an Enttec Open or Enttec Pro then it "should" work but again David should be able to tell you - I would hope if he sells something purported to work with Vixen that he tested it! When you plug it in, it should enumerate in Windows (gives the little ding-dong sound) and shows up as a COM port in Windows. You then assign the plug-in in Vixen to use that COM port.

I found this quote on the bottom of the Descripton for the Device Hope it helps.

This interface is compatible with the popular "open DMX" style USB interface and can be used with the Advanced version of Light-O-Rama's S3 or Vixen software.
More channels then I can use.
More light bulbs then I care count.

Graham, the USB485RJ-ISO does work in Vixen under Windows XP 32-bit. It did not work with Windows 7 64-bit though. I don't have a Windows 7 32-bit machine here at work to test it with.

I suspect the problem will be that you have not told Vixen to use the channels with the DMX output plug-in.
