If I no longer count channels... but instead say I have over 12 universes... Is that too many
Maybe a dumb question..... how did she come across so many of these? Did she Hi-jack a LOWES truck?
The ad says:
> Due to torn packaging these units are being sold not in their original packaging.
> Lights have been repacked into USPS Box for shipment.
It also says:
> Each set has been fully tested and in complete working order when shipped.
> Because of the extremely low price these lights are being sold with:
> no warranty from manfacturer and there will be no returns or exchanges.
> All Sales Are Final.
Sounds like salvage of some sort. Maybe it WAS something like a truck wreck. There's always a reason the price is so reduced. But most purchasers were happy with them.
Or maybe she did hijack a truck, and is covering her tracks. :-)
She seems to have hundreds. How many do you think GE made for the year? 10,000? 100,000?

May be old news, but none the less, just in case!
Yes, kinda old news. You can also use a board from J1sys and the E860's from SanDevices (My favorite!)
Thats what you get from a new blinky guy I suppose... I have a steep learning curve and I feel like I am playing "catch up" all the time.....I have five sets of the GE icicles I eventually want to control, but my budget is busted hard this year....now I am getting "busted" by the wife......
I sent a message via eBay, asking if she was willing to ship. She responded with the shipping costs as quoted as an example I imagine (I had not asked about 20 sets), but did not quote a price for a lot of 20. However the main eBay add does say "or make offer".
Could be manufacturing defect lots, water/storm damage while in storage until the Christmas season. A warehouse in the midwest might have gotten flooded.
