Yep, realy puts a damper on Halloween, but I've learned to work with it. And these controlers (renard) work great for halloween too.

Dont be a victim.

I used this C7 to set off the street light photocell during my entire show.
Foil used so it wont emit light outward during the show, and a small slit to the west so just enough sunlight gets in during the day to keep it off.
I just taped the cup over the photosensor.
Needless to say the city manager never bothered to call me back, as I actually did try to ask for permission first.
