    Default Need Help

    Working on my first project, I had to cut a set of lights apart to make them shorter. I did it the way that was on a forum,check them with no fuse(they work). I need to add an inline fuse. I have some auto inline fuse holders that are 30amps rating with 12 gage wire. Can I use these on the lights with a 120v 2amp fuse? Or do I need to go to radio Shack and buy 120v inline fuse holders.

    If the 2A fuse fits the 30A holder, you are fine. Don't use the 30A fuse.
