Default 9' Tall nutcrackers, DIY with my sons and Home Depot

I thought i posted a thread here in december, i guess i was on planetchristmas.com.

Anyways, this Christmas my sons and i built twin 9' Nutcrackers for my wife.

My wife is Russian. She was having a Nutcracker themed Christmas party. My 10 yo twin boys asked if we could surprise her with some yard Nutcrackers. The boys wanted to build a 5' Nutcracker. We couldn't find any plans that were exactly what we wanted. We took the 12" nutcrackers you see them holding and scaled them into two 9 foot nutcrackers you see here: http://www.meighan.net/nutcrackers/

Some people asked for the plans so we posted pictures and directions on the web page.

    thanks

next year we plan on adding some lights to the nutcrackers.

    Sean,

I was thinking at one time you had the link to how you built one of these but when I go to it it is now for the effects builder...do you by chance have a link to how you built these nutcrackers...possibly thinking about building one myself for our front porch...thanks sir.

    my signature has two links
1 goes to the nutcracker software
the other goes to the web page describing how we built the 9' nutcrackers. i have had 7 people duplicate these 9' nutcrackers.
