Adjustable Preview showing channels stuck on when they aren't

Hello,

Tonight I was getting ready to start my second song and ran into a problem. Hopefully somebody can help me out. I run the wizard to start a new sequence, with nothing in my channels, I click adjustable preview and I have certain channels on my preview lit up. I'm just wondering if anybody else has had this problem, knows how to take care of it, or if I'm a first. Makes it a bit difficult to watch my preview and see how my lights will work with like 30 channels showing as on when they aren't. Even my first sequence that I created now has those channels showing as on when they arent. If somebody can help me out I would really appreciate it. I really don't want to have to set my profile back up all over again.

Nevermind, sorry for the post. I had one channel that I wasn't using disabled, and somehow that caused it to do this. I enabled the channel and it fixed the problem.

One channel still does not show in adjustable preview though no matter what I do with it. Havent found a fix for that yet.

Could you post your sequence and/or profile, and indicate where in the sequence the problem spot is?

You were saying that you have everything working now except for one channel that won't come on, correct? If it is a channel on the extreme right side of your preview you may have to click the (reset to picture size button) on the adjustable preview setup screen, I had that problem once before and one of my channels that was on the right side of the preview would not show up no matter what I did until I hit that button. This may not be your problem if the channel that won't show up is in the middle of the preview.

Yeah everything is working correctly now, except the one channel that wont turn on no matter what. The channel that wont turn on is right in the middle of my mini trees. I have tried creating a new profile, double checking the settings to make sure it was enabled, make sure it actually had soemthing on that channel, filled the channel in from start to finish on a sequence and still nothing. Its not that big of a deal to me, but when I put my lights up and vixen doesnt send anything to that channel, then its a big deal. I have a spare channel right next to that one, so tonight after work I will try to move everything over from the channel that doesn't come on to the spare and see if that works.

Djulien, I will try and post my sequence and profile tonight for you if you want to take a look. I wont be home for another 8 hours though.

Here is my profile and sequence. Just try not to laugh to hard at my adjustable preview. Sequence is not finished and its my first one.

The channel that wont come on, at all, is channel 54 green mini tree 5. I have tried making the whole channel on and that doesnt work, tried making the marking bigger in the adjustable preview and that doesnt either.

Any help would be appreciated.

You had channel 54 not enabled in your profile, there was no check mark in the box to enable that channel.

Here are your files back, it should be fine now I also added an _a at the end of the file so you can keep your original files intact if you like.

I thought I enabled that, I guess not. Thank you for the help. Ill check it out tonight and try to get better on the sequencing.
