Glad to help out. I ended up ordering online for store pickup at 12:30 am or so, and thought I got 16 - 6 at one store and 10 at another. If I had waited till morning, they probably would have been gone. Store #1 called at 7:20 am today and said they only had 2 left. Dropped by and picked them up at 9 am, went to store #2 for the 10. Turns out they still had 2 left on the shelf, so got 14 in all for boarder3.

Shipping bumps up the cost, but it's still better than paying anything close to full price.

Even with shipping, you come out way ahead of even Ray Wu's prices plus the C9 Envelopes he's now selling, with in my opinion a very nice product!

OHHH darn i couldnt find any in any local stores....

they can do online order to ship to store ///???? what store was this or site home depot or sears (couldnt find anything for sears)

Yesterday Sears was having issues with their on line service. The manager had to do a price match for me. Cart wouldn't update for me or the manager on their computer. I had to take chance and visit local stores to see if they had any then convince the manager to price match. Don't know if Sears will ship to home. I know they wouldn't ship to another store.

Lightman, I was in Maricopa for the weekend. I went to 1 wal-mart, 2 Lowe's and 2 Home Depots in Chandler and couldn't find hardly anything. I called the Sears there and they said they didn't have any GECEs. You're a lucky man! My attempt at after Christmas sales spanned 2 states, about 10 Wal-marts, 5 Targets, 8 Home Depots, and 6 Lowe's. I only spent maybe $100 and don't really have anything worth posting about.

You are right. It appears some of the big box stores carried quite a few and some had next to nothing. Not sure how they planned out their distribution system or did the stores with product simply got sold out first.

As I follows threads I too started to leave my state on a hunt for selected products. After several frustrating encounters with online order for store pickup or delivery I finally gave up.

I was fortunate to find the ones I did....locally. All of our other big box stores basically sold out before Christmas.

I wish you best on your quest. I am done with this madness.

Thanks for the heads-up! I just placed an order on sears.com for 9 (8 + 1 backup) to make a new mini-mega tree for next year.
