Renard 24ss boards 7-10 not listening

Ok, not sure if this is the right area - please advise if not

here's the basics
Win7
USB to RS485
Running adjustable preview and modified dimmer

under modified dimmer, setting are as follows
Protocal Version 1
Com5
Baud rate 57600
Paridy None
Data Bits 8
Stop Bit 1

If i go into Vixen and do channel test, all the channels will light. When i run a sequence, the last 4 boards, 1-3 does not work correctly (not acting as programmed) and the 4th one not at all.

Any ideas or more info needed?

You have the channel count right? You didn't list that. I would also turn off the preview

yes, both outputs are set 1 to 240

Did you reorder the channels at all? There are two channel re-orders. One for the profile and one for the output.

also , just went out and turned off the preview and no changes.

yes, i have a programming reorder that brings the like items together for easy programming. what could be wrong there?

There are two areas that need to be re-ordered. The bottom one (see attachment) is for the profile, but the top left one is for the channel output. I made that mistake this year too.
