What happened to the 50 foot megatree

During setup time someone on this forum was doing a 50 footer. I can't seem to find the posts to see the progress.

He said itgot blown over in a storm and he is working to replace it and has a 20 footer as a backup inplace.

I really wanted to see that work out.

Santa knocked our megatree over about four years ago. The wind gusted so unpredictably. I believe he was on approach to our cul-de-sac and circled it once and then a gust of wind blew his sleigh into our tree. His schedule is so tight at this time of year so I was relieved that he just made his deliveries and kept going. He was very generous that year.
