Default Adjustable Preview in Sequences - Need Example

I am trying to absorb as much as I can before I have to make a final decision this month on co-op controller purchases. I have been studying the YouTube tutorials on Vixen and I'm thankful for all of the work put in by others in making these available. I am looking at up to 136 channels which would have enough room for a 3-color megatree (24 channels), arches (48 channels), Mini trees, and various other strings of lights. This may be very ambitious but I want to plan ahead and group channel assignments so they can be added in increments. So far, my plan would include one Ren64XC and three RenSS24 controllers.

I have been able to download several shared sequences and have been able to make them "work" in Vixen. As a beginner, I have not been able to translate sequences/audio/profiles into something more visual so I can see the steps in Vixen and the results in a display. In the tutorials - Step 6, talks about "Adjustable Preview" which may be what I need to see. Am I missing something?

Can someone suggest a particular sequence or several sequences which can be downloaded and include
    - the sequence,
    - the profile,
    - the audio (or link to purchase the audio),
    - the image of the light layout, and
    - the adjustable preview setup?

How do you determine how many channels are included in a sequence prior to downloading it?

Help and suggestions for a newbie are appreciated.

    Thanks

All of my 2009 sequences are on my website and my 2010 will be there soon. My profile has the Adjustable Preview so you can see one in action. To be honest, you may be doing something wrong, because many of the sequences I have downloaded have a Preview setup. Some are low-res and simple, others are more detailed than mine.

I don't think reverse engineering someone elses display is the best way to get started. If it were me, I'd follow along with the tutorials while creating my own sample profile. Just create a few channels on a simple house image to get you started. Watch all the tutorials and follow all the steps along with them, pausing to try the methods. After that, mess around with it on your own to try to make some chase sequences. Play with the copy, paste, mirror, etc... Then after all that, you will have a better understanding when you look at someone elses more advanced sequence.
    5 houses using:
    Renard 64, 3 Ren24's, Ren8
    4 E682 pixel controllers
    2,300 WS2801 pixel nodes
    1200 dumb RGB
    Sequenced using LSP 2.5

Several of the DIYC members have their sequences posted within threads or the file area of this forum. One of the DIYC members also set up an external repository which has quite a few sequences in it, at http://www.sequencecenter.com. There is no "standard", so some sequences will have profiles, some will not. Same with Adjustable Preview. Sometimes there is a background image in the Adjustable Preview to make it easier to see what the sequence does, but not always. Usually the audio file is not included; doing so would break copyright laws unless it is public domain music.

You could try downloading a bunch of them and look to see if they have what you want. If you find a video of a particular sequence or effect you are looking for, then you might be able to find the sequence files for it if the author posted them somewhere. If you cannot find the sequence for an effect that you want, you could post a link to the video and ask how it was done - there is enough expertise in this forum to be able to figure out just about anything.

Unless that info is included within the description, there is no way to know that before downloading the sequence.
