    Got a "Bandwidth Exceeded" error this morning.. Could not see the site at all.

    Sounds like you have never tried to do a major update on vendor software. Ninety-nine times out of a hundred, it does NOT go the way the vendor promised.

    The other 1% updates perfectly, but crashes within three weeks of the update.

    Actually, just a realist. Especially when there are a number of third-parties involved, as there are here ("Not my fault," "Not my fault either," "Our code doesn't touch that, it couldn't be us," "Are you really a customer of ours?").
