Darryl (from Christmas Light Show) ships super fast. If you catch him in eMail, I'll bet he can even overnight it to you.

I agree, he ships these out QUICK! I ordered one and have had it setup for a few days. So far I have had two kids wanting to come inside to see santa and one (my nephew) afraid to come inside (a little scared of the jolly santa). Lol

I have this but not sure how to add it to the show or festivities. I have a small room upstairs that I prepared (window film etc), but my show laptop is not up there.

So how do you fire off santa, how do you have it setup, speakers, triggers etc?

Thanks, been one of the last things I've been fighting with. Thought about running it from my show PC, but it seems to have constant audio which would cause issues with the show audio.

    Soooooo advice??!?

    Thanks

This is how I set up the audio. The Santa sounds go over the FM just like the music. I do not try to sync the Vixen show to the video as when Santa is working he keeps his own schedule, not mine. The lack of sync is a benefit to the experience, not a subtraction, in my opinion.

Oh ya, sorry was not trying to indicate I had a wish to somehow sync the voice. Just wasn't sure if it was an issue coming over the speakers when the music is going, but I guess not.

However I do like your 2 PC approach. I do believe if I run the projector in the upstairs room, I could run wireless (darn need to buy another set) to my show pc.

Okay, and do you run this the entire time the show is going or constantly between 6pm and 10-11pm when you close up shop?

Thanks, appreciate the ideas and suggestions

Ours runs the entire time the show is running. Show runs on one machine in the garage and Santa runs on a DVD player connected to a projector in the office. No computer needed. Projects onto a white bedsheet fitted on the window in the office. No SYNC to the show and we dont use the audio from VS. It did not make sense to us to have Santa's voice going to a car radio. We did not want to get "If he's in the house how can he be on the radio also".
    Thanks
    Mike
