Christmas Light Show Finder Android App Released

Hi All

I know everyone has been busy getting their shows running, so I thought I would bump this back up to see if anyone else wants to send in there show info and remind those that already have to send in an updated pic.

So far there are 28 shows in the app.

Overall this app is working out fairly well, already getting a fair amount of downloads.
I am learning as I go, but this app is fairly stable.

I would love to find time to completely rework and enhance things next year.

Currently the only issue I see is that my threading isn't as good as it should be making people sometimes wait a bit for button presses to respond. I start a new job monday and will be traveling. If i get some time in a hotel one night I might try to fix that.

Some funny stories so far.
Out of the entire continent of Australia, all 3 guys who have signed up live within a 3 mile diameter circle.
Evidently the west coast doesn't really believe in crazy christmas shows, only 1 guy in all of california.
Had one guy email in saying he loved the app because if it wasn't for the app he wouldn't know there was another show only a few blocks away.

Its a small world ehh.

Little Update for everyone.

I would suggest downloading my latest update to this app.
I fixed some bad threading, there are a couple improvements I would still like to make, but this thing is running pretty good now.

Keep sending in those show!
Up to 33 now.

I was hopeing to completely re-write this entire app, but that is just not going to happen this year.
I did however add the ability to link to an online video of your show. (Youtube/Vimeo/etc..)
So if your description is short, just send over the link and I will add that.

Yes your are in the app, The map is a manually updated map, that I haven't updated since last year.

Will do at some point.

I have to completely re-do this thing to make everything automatic.
