    5th year animating lights. 3 years with a Hill 320 controller with routines and my own software, 2 years sequencing with music and vixen.

    2nd year and I am insanely addicted. 20 channels first year and looks like 84 for this year if I don't run out of extension cords, the money is already gone "You know there is a limit " says the wife.

    This is my second year of having a display unless you count the year that I started learning how to do this and putting stuff together.

    I actually did simple blinkylights (not synched to music) using an eight-channel circuit driven by my Commodore Vic-20 back in the college days (circa 1993).
    There sure as hell *are* user-serviceable parts inside!
