Fogger on the fritz - need new thermostat. where can i get one?

well my fogger thermostat is not working. if i hook up the black and white of the extension cord to the heating element it works like a charm minus getting to hott if i let it run for more than 6 min. so im lookin for a new one. ill try to snap a pic of what i need but i was jw if anyone else experienced this.

so is it like a waterheater thermostat, or a digital type?
a relay could switch the load
