I must have the last 21 inch IBM P275 in existence. But I can't see getting another monitor for awhile. This-uns gotta crap out before I get a replacement.

Same here. I plug my laptop into the VGA input on my plasma. It really does help.
i use a 19" sony on my main pc, which i do most my programing, and then swap it over to my lightbox... the monitor i have for it is about shot, it goes blurry and low res, very hard to program in it
Nice...I'm jealous...
I'm planning on getting another video card soon to add a second monitor - an old 15" CRT I have lying around. My computer is old and only has PCI (no PCIe, AGP). Anyone know where to get a reasonably priced card?

Since we're showing off here I thought I'd share a photo of my 37" monitor. Sequencing in Vixen is a complete "life-saver" with a large monitor.

Ok, so here is my display setup... These are 21" Wide Screen Dell Monitors... What you can kinda see is the ones on each side for a total of 6... (Ignore the messy desk...)

Why? Well so I can read multiple forum posts at once... And of course play 6 handed solitaire...

That's just sick. I use 2 at home and at work and that is enough. Any more than that and my boss would expect me to work on 6 or more applications simultanously.

Maybe thats my problem... If I wasn't the boss and a programmer....hum....

Ahh... to be the boss. I am just a lonely supervisor/programmer over a team of developers.

I've been looking at this dual monitor card

Looks like a good card at a good price.

You've clearly never used a dual monitor setup. :)

I used to run one, and I thought that was fine... then I got two, and I thought that was great! Now I run three, and it's just brilliant!
To get four, I need a bigger desk :)
The advantage having an odd number means that you can have the center one as the primary monitor.
