Hi all!
I'm using the Enttec OPEN DMX since 2007 with Vixen 2.0.5.0 and it works without problems.
The last Monts i'm import the old Sequences and creates some new ones with the Vixen 2.5.0.5 and now the Hardware tests with the Program Management... some times the Sequences Play but it seems the old Problem still exist? ( http://www.doityourselfchristmas.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4737 )
after 2-10 Minutes the DMX output stop... i'm stop the Sequence and exit Vixen but Vixen.exe still exist, i must kill Vixen.exe in the Windows XP Taskmanager to continue to play with DMX output.
I updated XP and the Enttec Open DMX Drivers, start the Program with 4 Sequences an after 2-10 Minutes... DMX Stop to work... not really at the same position, sometimes the Sequence work and the Program jump to the next one..
There are 2 Plugin Errors, one says in German "The given key was not specified in the dictionary" ok, I do not know about that ;-)
The other one, "Thread is dead.." but when i play it twice, the error not shown up.
ok... i think, about these lockup fix ( http://www.doityourselfchristmas.com/forums/showthread.php?t=820 ) but why... in the old version it works?!
ok test it, i put all my old and new Sequences in the old Vixen 2.0.5.0, make a Programm (45 Min runtime) and... all Works fine! ....
does the old Problem still exist, or are these a new one?
