I'm happy to say that all 9 of my boards are soldered up. I have yet populated the IC chips but I did put 12v to the boards tonight. 5v was coming out of the regulator and the LEDs all lighted. Cross your fingers and I may have some blinky flashy this week.

Smoke test tonight.
Good news - no smoke.
Bad news - no flashy blinky.
Being late I decided to give it a quick test. I pulled the PIC chips from my 2 renard 8 boards so I know I have good PICs. They have the C version of the code which from what I read should work, is this correct? Anyway, powered it up and channel 8 came on (note, the jumper for force 8 on is not installed). Ran Vixen, nothing happened. I'll go back through every thing tomorrow when it is earlier and I'm less tired but I'm pretty sure I have it connected correctly. I did take time to check the DC side, 12v in and 4.95 volts out with LED lighted so this part is good. I checked and believe I have the hot side connected right. What would happen if I had hot and neutral reversed on the 110 side?
