Does anyone have a RGB intensity chart that I can use to pick colors when mixing individual red, green and blue Led's?

If you check out the second to last page of my Rainbow Wall Runners manual you will find a chart with a fairly decent amount of colors. Remember, the graph is in increments of 3rds.

A chart will give you an approximation of what it will look like in real life, but you'll get a more accurate preview if you actually try it with the type of LEDs you plan to use. There is some variation between different types of LEDs, and some mix better than others (for example, it is difficult to get true white as a combination of reg + green + blue).
Even at that, the surrounding light conditions and even direction that the LEDs are facing can also make them look different between a test setup and the live display.
If you are just wanting to see the general look of how the colors mix, you could also use the Color Picker function in various graphics software on the computer (for example, the Colors menu item in Windows Paint).

I found this and it appears to work too.
First look at this chart and pick the color you want -
and enter the rgb values into this chart -
The color mixer tool will give you the RGB intensities (%) in the left hand column.
Choose your red, green or blue channel, in Vixen - right click and go down to "set intensities" and enter the % from the color mixer chart. Do that for each RGB % - play the preview window. Appears to work but some colors are not that accurate.
