Me?

Still have 8 SSR PCBs to mount into protective casings (out of 16)
Still have to complete song number 5 and start and finish song 6
Still have to make/buy extension cords
Still have to make Cat 5 cables for SSRs from 595
Still have to start stringing up lights
Still have to convince my wife this is a good idea (neighbors are convinced though)

relax, you are farther along than me :)
I still have 4 more enclosures, and no sequencing done, and i ordered my chasers yesterday, and haven't made a mega tree before, but i have a $500 dollar bill from ActionLighting for mega tree parts. I'm just waiting until 11PM on Halloween so i can start tearing all that down and putting up Christmas lights!

i still have to:

sequence the whole display
finish a mega tree frame
finish my mega tree electrical box
buy extension cords
make some poles or something to lift my ssrs off the ground
make Cat 5 cables for SSRs from 595
buy 48 more boxes of lights

After reading these posts - I think im in pretty good standing.
I still need to :

Buy 12 50' extension cords BOUGHT!
solder a new antenna wire on my tunecast
Finish 7 ssr boards. DONE
finish sequencing my final song that's about 1/3 done.
And shut my power off so I can connect my sub panel to my main electrical panel.
Create a webpage STARTED

All I have left to do is enclose my ssr's which will be done as I set out the lights. I have 2 songs that are about half sequenced and all the others are done. I have my halo made for my maple tree and my hanging block for my 20' flagpole to make my mega tree. I have a couple hours of painting to do on my santa and deer picture. and then I have my outlet chain to hook to my main box. I have a cherry picker set up for this weekend to get all the HIGH stuff done and next week on vacation to get the rest done. I think I have enough lights, but if not they are everywhere now.

I'm going to start on setting up my Mega Tree this weekend. My two 6' trees the next weekend. The weekend after that, starts my week off I put in for vaction to complete my setup. Hope to 'flip the switch' day after Thanksgiving.
