What do you space your LED's at?

Neither? You may want to ask in your poll who is using Frank's LED panels which are 1/2" centers... If so - 1 vote for that...

His are 1/2"?
What size is the total panel?
Must be pretty small just running one ledtrics board.
Can't edit the POLL maybe a MOD can add 1/2"?

A single panel is 8"x8" (16x16 LEDs - 256 total) and 3 panels make a set 24"Lx8"H. It works/looks great - I have 2 sets in a 2x1 configuration so its 16"X24" (1536 LEDs).

Greenmeanie - I can edit the poll - but - only a total of three questions - let me know how you want it to be reflected.

Thanks guys for the edit.
Just trying to figure out what I should space mine at.
Of course I want it big but I also want it to look good when running.

I opted to use 1" spacing of the peg board. Instead of showing this "raw" to the audience, I've created a grid-work of baffles (think of the "egg crate" screens on ceiling florescent fixtures), with a diffuser panel in front. Instead of little points of light, I've got full 1"x1" squares which are plenty bright.

On the down side, "curves" are looking a little blocky.. but on the up side.. it's working! ;)
